Full Refund

Cancellations made up to 5 days before the check-in date qualifies for a full refund, minus processing fees.

No Refund

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 5 days of arrival.

Early Departures

Guests departing earlier than scheduled will not be refunded for the remaining nights.

Changes to Reservation Dates

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or rate adjustments.

Group Bookings

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government restrictions, The Panorama Retreat reserves the right to offer alternative solutions in place of refunds, subject to policy adjustments.
